Meet Amal Sadeghi

Amal Sadeghi is the Founder and Creative Director behind Amal Sadeghi Designs, a multidisciplinary design studio established in 2017. With a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master’s in Interior Design, Amal brings a unique dual perspective that allows her to thoughtfully shape spaces from the inside out—creating homes that feel balanced, intentional, and deeply connected to the way people live. Her work blends refined aesthetics with warmth, functionality, and timeless character, resulting in environments that are both elevated and livable.

Her design style is bold, modern, and intentionally simple, with a focus on creating spaces that feel clean, elevated, warm, and collected over time. Rather than following one specific aesthetic, Amal enjoys adapting her approach based on each client’s personality and taste—carefully blending their vision with her own artistic touch to create spaces that feel both personal and refined.

Specializing in interior and exterior design, Amal approaches every project holistically, from residential renovations and home staging to outdoor living environments and full-service design. In addition to working with clients, she and her family also own rental properties, where she has personally taken part in the design, renovation, and transformation process.

This hands-on experience gives her an even deeper understanding of how thoughtful design can enhance both everyday living and long-term property value.

Beyond her studio work, Amal is also a part-time college professor teaching interior design, where she shares her passion for creativity, visual communication, and the emotional impact of well-designed spaces with the next generation of designers. When she is not designing or teaching, she spends most of her time with herfamily drawing inspiration from family life, culture, travel, and meaningful human connection.

Amal believes that beautiful spaces should not only look inspiring, but also support the real rhythms of everyday life. Through Amal Sadeghi Designs, her mission is to create thoughtful, soulful environments—inside and out—that elevate how people feel, live, gather, and connect.

STORY

A Design Perspective Shaped by Culture & Experience

From a young age, Amal traveled to many countries, experiences that deeply influenced the way she understands design, architecture, culture, and human connection. Exposure to different lifestyles, traditions, and ways of living gave her a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of personal expression within a home. Today, she enjoys working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds—taking time to understand their lifestyle, values, routines, and vision in order to create spaces that feel authentic, personal, and meaningful to them.

Amal’s design style is bold, modern, and intentionally simple, with a focus on creating spaces that feel clean, elevated, warm, and thoughtfully collected over time.

Rather than following one specific aesthetic, she adapts each design approach based on the client’s personality and vision—carefully blending their story with ASD Studio’s creative direction to create environments that feel timeless, refined, and deeply personal.

Interior, Exterior & Investment-Focused Design

Specializing in both interior and exterior environments, Amal approaches every project holistically—from residential renovations and home transformations to outdoor living concepts and full-service design experiences.

In addition to client work, Amal and her family also own rental properties where she has personally participated in the renovation and design process. This hands-on experience gives her a deeper understanding of how thoughtful design can improve everyday living while also enhancing long-term property value and rental performance.

Educator & Creative Mentor

Beyond studio work, Amal is also a part-time college professor teaching interior design, where she shares her passion for creativity, visual communication, and the emotional impact of well-designed spaces with the next generation of designers.

Through both teaching and professional practice, she remains deeply connected to the evolving creative industry while helping others better understand the balance between artistry, functionality, and human-centered design.

Inspired by Life, Family & Meaningful Connection

When she is not designing or teaching, Amal spends most of her time with her family, drawing inspiration from travel, culture, architecture, and meaningful human connection.

She believes beautiful spaces should not only feel inspiring visually, but should also support the real rhythms of everyday life—creating environments where people can gather, recharge, connect, and feel truly at home.

The ASD Studio Team

ASD Studio is supported by a collaborative team of professionals across interior design, landscape design, procurement, project coordination, and creative development.

The studio works closely with trusted vendors, architects, contractors, fabricators, and specialized consultants to ensure a seamless and highly personalized experience from concept through completion.

This collaborative approach allows ASD Studio to guide clients through every stage of the design process while connecting them with experienced professionals aligned with the studio’s standards, communication style, and creative vision.
